Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
I am committed to delivering high-quality artwork and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and returns for physical artwork.
CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
After Shipment:
Once the artwork has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
REFUNDS
Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, you must notify me within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Include photos of:
-The damage to the artwork
-The original packaging showing any visible damage.
Claims made after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Lost Shipments: If your shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, I will offer a full refund or replacement.
Other Issues:
If you notice any other issues with your order (e.g., the wrong item was sent), please contact me within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolution options. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
Notify me within the applicable timeframe (see above section).
Once your return is approved, I will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
For custom artworks or commissioned pieces, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover initial costs. This deposit is not eligible for a refund if you cancel after work has begun.
